As a parent coach, I’m here to support you on your parenting journey. Whether you’re expecting, adopting or fostering, new to parenting, or have years of experience, my goal is to help you discover and build on your strengths. This empowers you to navigate the unique challenges of modern-day parenting. Parenthood can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to be a part of your village.
Over the course of ten weeks, my goal is to be a supportive partner on your parenting journey—engaging in meaningful conversations and serving as a trusted sounding board to help you navigate challenges and celebrate victories.
Throughout our 10-week coaching program, we’ll meet weekly for one-hour virtual sessions. We’ll start by reviewing your intake form and discussing your reasons for seeking coaching. In the initial sessions, we’ll focus on identifying both your strengths and those of your family. By session three, we’ll visualize your ideal parenting and family goals. Sessions four through nine will involve collaborative brainstorming, where we’ll explore new ideas and strategies to tackle any current challenges. In the final session, we’ll reflect on the strengths and strategies that have worked best for you and your family.
My coaching model consists of 7-10 sessions, giving us enough time to address your concerns, identify each family member’s strengths, visualize your ideal outcomes, create actionable steps to achieve them, and reflect on your progress—and how to maintain it moving forward.
All sessions will be 50-minutes in length, connecting virtually.
All new clients will receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation.
