As a parent coach, I am dedicated to assisting your parenting journey. Whether you are expecting a child, adopting/fostering, new to parenting, or have years of experience, my goal is to help you identify your strengths. This will empower you to navigate the challenges that come with modern-day parenting. Amidst the challenges of parenthood, no one should have to do it alone. I would love to be a part of your village.
Over the course of the ten weeks, my aim is to be a supportive friend, engaging in meaningful conversations, and serving as a sounding board to assist you on your parenting journey.
Throughout our time together, we will have weekly one-hour coaching sessions for ten weeks, connecting virtually. The sessions will kick off by reviewing your intake form and discussing the reasons for seeking parent coaching. In the initial sessions, we will concentrate on identifying your strengths and those of your family. Following that, we will visualize your ideal parenting and family goals in the third session. Sessions four to nine will include collaborative brainstorming to generate fresh ideas and solutions for current challenges. The tenth session will highlight the most effective strengths and strategies that have proven successful.
My coaching model is a minimum of 7-10 sessions, providing ample time to address your concerns, identify each family member’s strengths, visualize ideal outcomes, create practical steps to reach them, and reflect on your progress and ways to sustain it.
All sessions will be 50-minutes in length, connecting virtually.
All new clients will receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation.
