In the everyday struggles of parenthood, let’s strive to offer our children (and ourselves) a love that is divine – boundless, unconditional, and all-encompassing; and grace - embracing a life filled with compassion, forgiveness, and understanding.

I am excited about the opportunity to partner with you as we navigate the journey of Parenting with Divine Grace.

Hello! I am so glad you are here. I’m Lindsey, a mom of two young daughters and a ten-year-old doodle. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, we now reside in Silicon Valley after a three-year expat journey. I love staying active, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and have a BA in Children’s Studies.

For twenty years, I have worked professionally in a range of capacities as an advocate for children, adolescents and families. I have collaborated with parents, offering a variety of coaching and professional support. I am prepared to assist you in fostering a peaceful and happy home environment. I have both professional and personal experience with children and families brought together through fostering and/or adoption.

Becoming a parent coach didn’t come from having all the answers or mastering motherhood. It’s about learning and evolving alongside my children. Inspired by my daughters’ middle names, Divine and Grace, Parenting with Divine Grace became the foundation of my approach.

I’m excited to partner with you on this journey, offering love, compassion, and grace as we navigate the challenges of parenthood together.

WHAt is
parent coaching?

Parent coaching is a creative and collaborative process where we work together to reflect, explore, and define your goals for a better family life.

Using a research-backed coaching model, I combine reflective and appreciative inquiry to help you tap into the strengths within your family. By focusing on what’s already working well, you’ll gain clarity on your next steps and how to move forward with confidence, all while supporting the well-being of your entire family.

WHY WORK WITH A
PARENT COACH?

A Parent Coach provides evidence-based strategies to help you manage challenges like digital device use, co-parenting, divorce, and single parenting. Together, we’ll tap into your strengths and create a plan to overcome obstacles while prioritizing your parenting goals. I’ll be your sounding board and resource, offering practical tips rooted in the latest research, and supporting you in improving both your parenting and self-care.

My coaching model includes a minimum of 10 sessions, giving us enough time to address your concerns, identify your family’s strengths, visualize desired outcomes, and develop practical steps to achieve them. We'll also reflect on your progress and explore ways to sustain your growth.

All new clients will receive a complimentary 15 minute consultation.

  • I feel like I can clearly see my North Star after working with Lindsey.  Her approach to coaching helped me recognize the foundational issues I wanted to work on and what were merely symptoms of those issues.  Her thoughtful questions helped me develop an idea of what to do and ensured I had an executable plan to achieve my various goals.  Through sharing observations and reflecting back to me what I was saying, Lindsey helped me clarify my values and priorities, and she was a safe space as I explored how to create boundaries that were in alignment with them.  The shift in mindset and perspective that I made working with Lindsey will continue to have a positive impact long after the coaching series has ended.
