In the everyday struggles of parenthood, let’s strive to offer our children (and ourselves) a love that is divine – boundless, unconditional, and all-encompassing; and grace - embracing a life filled with compassion, forgiveness, and understanding.

what is PARENT COACHING?

Coaching involves a creative and thought-provoking collaboration between the client and coach, aiming to be purposeful and cooperative. The coach aids and encourages the client’s development and learning by promoting reflection, exploration, envisioning a desired future, and establishing strategic objectives to achieve it.

I implement a coaching model grounded in research; combining reflective and appreciative inquiry approaches. This enables parents to recognize and utilize the strengths within their family systems for the well-being of both the parent and their entire system. By highlighting what works well, parents gain clarity in determining their next steps to move forward.

My coaching model is a minimum of 7- 10 sessions, providing ample time to address your concerns, identify each family member’s strengths, visualize ideal outcomes, create practical steps to reach them, and reflect on your progress and ways to sustain it.

All new clients will receive a complimentary 15 minute consultation.

Becoming a parent coach didn’t stem from me mastering motherhood. I make mistakes and am continuously learning and evolving. Amidst the challenges of parenthood, no one should have to do it alone. I would love to be a part of your village.

  • I feel like I can clearly see my North Star after working with Lindsey.  Her approach to coaching helped me recognize the foundational issues I wanted to work on and what were merely symptoms of those issues.  Her thoughtful questions helped me develop an idea of what to do and ensured I had an executable plan to achieve my various goals.  Through sharing observations and reflecting back to me what I was saying, Lindsey helped me clarify my values and priorities, and she was a safe space as I explored how to create boundaries that were in alignment with them.  The shift in mindset and perspective that I made working with Lindsey will continue to have a positive impact long after the coaching series has ended.

  • I first started working with Lindsey because I was a first time mom about to go through some major life changes. I was at the end of my maternity leave and dreading the transition of going back to work full time and sending my baby to daycare. Lindsey helped me work through my fears and anxieties and come up with strategies to help ease myself and my baby into our new normal. Thanks to these strategies, the transition went better than I ever could have hoped for. I highly recommend Lindsey as a parent coach, especially for my fellow first time moms trying to navigate this new life with our littles.
